I worked alongside Millie from Rituals & Roots at a collaborative retreat day, and I must say it was the best experience of working on a retreat that I have ever had. Millie was so organised, professional and knowledgeable that it was a joy to work with her; she's also fun, easy to get on with and flexible. Working with her made me relax even while I was teaching and leading too! I will definitely be booking Rituals & Roots to cater my future events, and as a forager and Nature Connection guide I am lit up by Millie's healthful, whole-foods approach, and her dedication to using local produce and supporting independent food businesses. She even used some of my foraged goodies as additions in the meal, linking everything together for our retreat-goers!
